Donor Recognition

Becoming a donor to the Jefferson Farm & Gardens is important to our growth, and we want to say “Thank You!” for your support.  In the future donors will receive special benefits, such as invitations to members-only social and educational gatherings, publications and discounts.  All donors will have the option of being listed in the Farm & Gardens donor honor roll on our website and in publications unless otherwise requested.

Gifts of $1,000 per year or more will qualify you for membership in the Jefferson Farm & Gardens major donor recognition organization, the Shadwell Society.  The Society is named in honor of Thomas Jefferson’s birthplace and family farm, which was also part of the land surrounding Monticello that he continued to cultivate in later life.  His first journal entries were notes about the farm and gardens at Shadwell.  Lifetime membership for individuals is $10,000 or more.  Corporate lifetime membership is $25,000.
